This replacement handle is designed to fit your Vortex Voyager series bag.
To ensure you select the correct size, you’ll need to measure your bag on a flat surface. Follow the guide below to determine which replacement handle to order.
How to Measure:
Measure from the floor to the top of the bag’s frame—not including the fabric handle. This will help us identify which model you have. Follow the guide below and if you still have any questions, please send us a text with a photo and your measurements to 720-924-1101
- 23″ = Vortex OG (2004 – 2017) – How to identify if this is your product? It will most likely have a rubbery handle, and no side pockets. It will measure approximately 23″ from floor to top of the frame.

23″ = Vortex Voyager 23 International (2023 – Present) – Different than the OG 23 above.  This product was introduced very recently and has an expandable main pocket zipper along with a TSA lock on top and side pockets.

22″ = Vortex Voyager 22 – This bag measures 22″ approximately from the floor to the top of the bag. It was introduced in approx 2017 – present. Previous name Vortex 21. Renamed recently Vortex Voyager 22

20″ = Vortex Voyager 20 – This bag measures 20″ approximately from the floor to the top of the bag and was introduced in late 2007 – 2017

26″ = Vortex Ocean Crosser 26 – This bag measures 26″ approximately from the floor to the top of the bag and was introduced in late 2007 – 2017
