We do our best to process orders for delivery within 1-2 business days. Normally orders placed by 11am Mountain Time will ship that day. We primarily use UPS Express Overnight, 2 Day, UPS GROUND Delivery, and USPS Priority Domestic & International. We will provide you with a tracking number once your package has shipped. If you have a special request or want to use your own account number, please let us know by email and we will get in touch. *For international shipments, all duties, tax, and import costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
NOTE: Saturday and Sunday are not eligible shipping days and do not count as a day when selecting express shipping methods. Example 1 – if 2 day is ordered after 11 AM MST on a Friday will be picked up at our facility on Monday so the first shipping day is Monday, then add 2 days after that to expect your delivery the following Wednesday.
Example 2 – If 2 day delivery selected on Tuesday before 11 AM MST, expect your package Thursday.

🚚 Flat Rate & Fair Pricing
- We offer $12 flat rate shipping for all ground shipments within the lower 48 states in the U.S. (We choose the shipping method)
- If your order doesn’t qualify for flat rate shipping, we use actual UPS zone rates—meaning you only pay what’s necessary, no extra markups.
📦 Shipping & Insurance
- Orders over $100? We’ve got you covered—your shipment is insured at no extra cost.
- USPS Priority Mail includes insurance but also has a standard handling charge if you choose this option.
- All USPS packages come with delivery confirmation for added peace of mind.
🏢 Apartment & Suite Addresses
- To keep your package safe, we require an adult signature (21+) for deliveries to apartments or unit addresses.
- Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier (UPS, or USPS). If there are any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
🌍 Shipping Outside the Lower 48?
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Additional shipping charges apply. If you have an alternate lower 48 address, that will likely save you money!
- Need a shipping quote? Please fill out all your address information prior to checkout and the website will calculate actual shipping costs. * Yes shipping costs are horrendous. If you have any other questions or need certain shipping options, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
📦 Undelivered Packages
- If a package is returned as undeliverable, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs both ways. You’ll receive an online store credit for the returned items.

If after 30 days you still want to return the item, instructions are below.
StrongBags Luggage prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase during the 30 day “USE IT” guarantee, send us a text saying “I tried your product but it’s just not for me” in the title of the text. A refund will be issued for the returned product price only and not the cost of shipping to the customer if all qualifications for return are met. Please return the item within 40 days of purchase, and we will provide you with a refund of your product purchase price. We are unable to provide a return shipping label.

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:

- It’s clean and fresh—no smoke, perfume, pet hair, or mystery stains, please! If it needs a little TLC before sending it back, give it a quick wipe-down first. Otherwise, we’ll have to return it to you at your expense (and nobody wants that).
- You’ve contacted us first—just send a quick text to 720-924-1101 to get the return address and instructions.
- Within the first 30 days from purchase if used.
💯 Full Refund, No Stress!
- If your bag is unused, we’ll refund 100% of your purchase, even if it’s after 45 days. (Yes, even those Christmas gifts that didn’t make the cut—we got you!) If it’s new, you can return it anytime.
📦 Processing & Shipping Info:
- Returns may take up to 5 days to process once they reach us.
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong size or item—oops, our bad!).
- Lost packages? We can’t take responsibility for missing returns that aren’t traceable, so please use a trackable shipping method and put your name inside the package to speed up processing.
🚫 Custom Embroidery Orders
- Custom embroidered items are final sale—once it’s stitched, it’s yours. If you cancel or return an order with custom embroidery, those items will be shipped to you and are not eligible for a refund.

Canceling & Order Updates – The StrongBags Way
We get it—sometimes you change your mind (or accidentally order two bags instead of one). You can cancel your order via email as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s on its way, it’s out of our hands (literally). But no worries—you can still return it for a refund once it arrives.
Now, on rare occasions, we might have to cancel your order (or part of it) if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. If that happens, we’ll do our best to reach out by phone, text, or email to discuss options. If only part of your order is available, we’ll ship what we have, adjust your order, and send you a confirmation email—no surprises.
Oh, and if we’re out of stock on your selected item but have a newer, upgraded version available, we may just upgrade you on us—because who doesn’t love an unexpected upgrade?
