Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We do our best to process orders for delivery within 1-2 business days. Normally orders placed by 11am central will ship that day. We primarily use UPS Express Overnight, 2 Day, UPS GROUND Delivery, and USPS Priority Domestic & International. We will provide you with a tracking number once your package has shipped. If you have a special request or want to use your own account number, please let us know by email and we will get in touch.

NOTE: Saturday and Sunday are not eligible shipping days and do not count as a day when selecting express shipping methods.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate $5 shipping for all ground shipments in the USA lower 48 states.

We use actual zone rate shipping (when not offering $5 flat rate shipping) for all packages with UPS that are not ground delivery, or lower 48, ensuring you do not pay any more than you should. All shipments over $100 are insured. *USPS Priority comes with insurance, plus a standard handling charge if you choose this method. USPS packages come standard with delivery confirmation.

Apartment & Suite Addresses: We will add “adult signature required” to all apartment and unit addresses, primarily for your protection (must be 21 or older to accept). We do our best to make sure you get your package quickly and without incident. As soon as the shipper has your package, they are responsible for it. Please direct all your shipping inquiries to the appropriate shipper (Fedex, UPS, or USPS) once it leaves our warehouse. We will email your tracking number, if applicable, when the item ships.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will incur additional charges. If you have an address in the lower 48, that will be less expensive. Please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase if you have any questions.

In the event of undelivered packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods.

Returns & Exchanges

StrongBags Luggage prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, contact us for a return authorization of the unused item within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide you with a refund of your product purchase price. It must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges unless StrongBags Luggage has sent the wrong size or item. We can not accept responsibility for any items lost during shipment that are not traceable to us. Please use a traceable method of shipment. Any packages that are returned used are not eligible for a refund or exchange for any reason. Please put your name inside the package when you return it for faster processing.


Cooler bags are not eligible for an exchange or refund once used. This is mainly to protect the next customer, who may have food allergies.  

If customer cancels or returns order with custom embroidery, the embroidered items will be shipped and not eligible for refund/return.

Cancellation of Orders & Out of Stock Items

You can cancel your order via email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but must return it for a refund.  Strongbags Luggage may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available. In most instances, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders, Strongbags Luggage will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order, and send you an email confirmation. If we are out of stock at the time of order, we may upgrade your product with a newer model at our expense.
