It features its own waterproof zipper, thermal insulation, and heavy duty liner to keep your food cold and ready to eat when you need it. This insert is for those who wish to complement their cooler bag with additional insulation while at the same time having a removable, portable cold storage area. Dimensions are 14W x 7″ x 8″D.     I cannot recommend this bag enough. It is very durable and high quality, and because it has so many pockets, I have been able to eliminate the need for a third bag! I also purchased the additional insulation and it fits right in perfectly. This bag is also very easy to clean. I love how it can be used over the handle of my roller bag. You will not be disappointed
